It has been our experience that Viola ×wittrockiana 'PAS1314677' (Cool Wave® Strawberry Swirl) performs well in our area in a cool season planting. It was found to do well both in the ground and in containers, including working well as a mass planting. Deadheading is recommended, as cutting back helps to ensure flowering is not solely at the end of the plant. It is about four to six inches tall and wide.
